What is your average response time and average resolution time?

Our average response time is 5 minutes. Yes unbelievable 5 minutes. Our guaranteed response time is 15 minutes. We guarantee resolution time of 6 hours for 99% of the issues. But depending on the issue, resolution time can go upto 24 hours.

How much transparent will be the support I get for my clients?

What names you use to sign the ticket?

Every admin with SupportSages is allotted a pseudo name the day he joins SupportSage. Even your communication with our admins will be through pseudo names.

Should I give you the root or administrator access?

We leave this decision to you. However please note that for a faster resolution of a ticket raised by your clients, a root access is always desired.

How safe and secure is my business and server details with you?

SupportSages provides you with a customer portal, where you can see the tickets raised by you, techs assigned to you, server details etc. Only those techs and their supervisors who are responsible for your support will be able to see the details.

Will the sages assigned to me, under Hire-A-Sage will work exclusively for me ?

Yes they do. They will work exclusively for you! They are just like your direct employee. Chat with them, assign them duties and many more.
