Each admin in this team is competent to manage majority of Level3 server management issues, escalated helpdesk tickets and emergency response to alerts received. The four member team with its dedicated nature of support ensures continuous availability of expert administrators around the clock.
The team will have all features of dedicated team, provided that the same team will be handling one more client of the same plan. This makes sharing of resources and hence the team is not an exclusive dedicated team. However the sharing of the team reduces the team costs per client significantly and hence it is highly cost effective for rapidly growing companies.
