BestDoc needed to ensure that all data, even without PHI remained within the geographic boundaries of India, UAE, and the US, in line with regional compliance mandates.

Environment Isolation & Compliance Alignment

Maintain isolated dev, staging, and production setups aligned with SOC 2/ ISO/ HIPAA standards.

Automated and Secure Deployments

To ensure consistency and reduce manual intervention, the client required end-to-end CI/CD automation across all environments, with a strong focus on security.

SupportSages' Solution

SupportSages deployed services across India, UAE, and the US with strict region controls using Service Control Policies. Security was enforced with AWS Config, GuardDuty, Security Hub, and CloudTrail. CI/CD for staging and production was automated via CodePipeline. Projects run in isolated AWS accounts under a central organization, with UAE environments provisioned through Terraform for compliance.
