How to fix it ? on cPanel, just update roundcube 🙂 /usr/local/cpanel/bin/update-roundcube –force On Lxadmin, just re-install rm /var/cache/lxadmin/lxwebmail* lphp.exe ../bin/misc/installRoundCube.php /script/upcp

This cPanel webmail error was caused of by bug reported in http://bugs.horde.org/ticket/?id=4070 decided to hit one of our customer’s client accounts.
