Our dedicated monitoring support team helps you to maintain high server uptime through regular and continuous Interworx server Monitoring and instant response to the alerts. We implement nagios based service monitoring with service check interval of 2-30 minutes, depending on the service priority, to ensure 24x7x365 service and server monitoring and service availability.
Each Interworx server will be regularly monitored for host status, service availability, server load, mail queue, server resources, network status, bandwidth usage etc. and will be taken appropriate action upon notification. In addition to the specified monitoring parameters, we monitor and handle various application related issues notified though Interworx alert mails such as stalled processes, outdated applications, resource abuse alerts, failed operation alert etc. in a timely way.
